2011 Gala
Thanks to all of you who joined us at the Omni Houston on October 8 to celebrate the life-saving work of Dr. Peter and Nancy Thompson. In all, 550 people from around the country gathered to honor the Thompsons, who have dedicated their energies and talents to provide surgical care to the poor of Guatemala and to develop and teach Faith In Practice’s Cervical Cancer Screening Program. The program has saved countless lives across the country, giving the women of Guatemala “a hope and a future” where once there was none.
Chaired by Dan Wolterman, President and CEO of Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, the Gala was a joyful celebration of the Thompsons and the life changing medical mission of Faith In Practice. Thank you for being part of this mission, for providing hope and healing to the poor of Guatemala.
