Meet Our Supply Chain Team

Back in May, Supply Chain Director Jeffery Antichevich came down to Guatemala to meet with the rest of the Supply Chain Management team – Jessica, Hector S., Hector O., Hugo, Bryan, Aurelio, and Walter – to provide his guidance and vision for the remainder of the year, as well as the upcoming season. Although many topics were covered, Jeffery wanted to highlight the importance of the team’s understanding of what his leadership philosophy and expectations are moving forward.

This meeting formerly established the team’s structure so that everyone is aware of who their immediate supervisor is, and what their individual roles are within Faith In Practice. Jeffery held an open forum which fostered cohesion and allowed the entire team to collaborate on issues they are currently facing. With many more of these meetings coming in the future, the Supply Chain Management team is looking forward to providing the best service they can to all our volunteers and the patients they serve.

Isaiah 6:8 says: Then I heard a voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here I am. Send me!” We are so thankful for all the members of this team who have answered the call to serve God’s people. From inventorying supplies to driving and delivering medications and countless other unseen tasks, the Supply Chain staff provide invaluable support to the teams. Without them and their gifts, the mission of Faith In Practice would not be successful. Please keep this team in your prayers moving forward so that they continue to have the strength to perform, and love in their hearts.

From the Supply Chain Director to all our volunteers, staff, and patients, “I want you to know that we will continue to press forward and answer this call. We will continue to use our gifts to serve you the best we can…and answer to God for our actions.”
