Meet Nicolasa!
Meet Nicolasa, an 82 year old woman who has endured three long years without the precious gift of sight. Despite being initially told by doctors that there was no solution to her vision impairment, Dr. Austin from the 789 Austin/Garcia team, revealed that Nicolasa was suffering from cataracts, and referred her for surgery.
Her surgery will allow Nicolasa to recover her vision and grant her independence once again. This surgery will help Nicolasa be able to contribute meaningfully to her family and see her eleven grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren for the first time.
